Little Fig Hotel

My experience with Little Fig Hotel was extremely disappointing. On June 10, I made reservations for many stops along a planned road trip for late June to early August. When I received my confirmation for our stay at the Little Fig Hotel, I was surprised to see that the reservation was for June 10, not July 10 as I had intended. I spoke with the front desk person, letting her know that the date of the reservation was incorrect. She checked with the manager to ask if he could cancel the reservation. The manager said he would not allow the reservation to be cancelled because it was within the cancellation period. I explained that I obviously did not intend to make a reservation for the same day because I lived in Florida. It should have been obvious that a mistake was somehow made. However, the manager showed no flexibility, and he charged me for the room that evening despite the fact that I could not possibly get there that evening and had no intention of booking for that evening.

I felt very welcome, the room was nice and very clean, bed very comfortable. Snacks and drinks were available 24/7. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is within walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor, excellent shopping and dining.

Fabulous find! Staff great. Room was great in every way - bed, bathroom, toiletries, decor, fridge and micro. Cute sitting area. Nice lobby w a good variety of free snacks and drinks. Highly recommend. Close / central and walkable to everything.

Everything was new and clean. The location was great- easy walk to restaurants and shops and short drive to Acadia National park. The only issue was the kitchen. There were no cups, glasses or plates. Since it had a king bed we assume it is rented for two people. At least supply 2 cups, glasses, etc. we had to get paper cups from the lobby for a glass of wine.

I had the absolute best time. I was worried that booking a room during holiday weekend would be troublesome. But the Lil Fig Hotel had me so covered! Made the entire process so easy. Super clean and so relaxing. The staff was brilliant. Especially Skye at the front desk. Can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at the Little Fig Hotel in Bar Harbor.  Our room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed.  Parking is convenient and free, and the hotel is accessibly located within walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor and the area's beautiful and historic sights.  We were also impressed with the quality of the hotel's complimentary breakfast offerings, snacks, and beverages, always available in its comfortable lobby. One of the very best aspects of the Little Fig is its warm and friendly staff members like Sky, who are extremely  helpful and made us feel very welcome, providing terrific insights and ideas for enjoying the local attractions.  We'd definitely stay at the Little Fig again and can  certainly recommend.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Amber, as well as the rest of the staff, was very helpful and kind. The location was an ideal walking distance to downtown and close to Acadia Park. As a bonus, the complimentary coffee and grab/go breakfast and snacks was greatly appeciated! Would love to come back!

Nice place. Amber was shockingly friendly and nice. Nice and clean room and loved the leather couch. The room keys are fun and the red doors are a nice touch. I dig the wallpaper in the lobby and the proximity to bar harbor. An easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Charming hotel in Bar Harbor within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, the harbor, and anything else you need or want. It’s also close to Acadia National Park. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would stay there again!
