Service: The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very professional. We were given a high-floor room with a great view, which was much better than the room type we received in Langkawi for the same package deal! Facilities: Everything is new and up to standard, with a touch of Malay decor. The infinity pool is very chill and not too crowded. Hygiene: Good. Environment: The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the airport (if there's no traffic) and close to Durian Hill, making it perfect for durian lovers. There's also a restaurant called 'Xi Bu Qiao' about 200 meters away that's both delicious and affordable!
