Una grandiosa esperienza che soddisfa sia l’occhio (allenato) sia il palato . Menu degustazione 1 ottimo,Da completare con gli altri due.Abbinamento vini azzeccato .Complimenti allo chef ed alla sua brigata.Personale di sala gentile e preparato .Ambiente già conosciuto ma piacevolmente tranquillo.Bello osservare la cucina a vista

Bella struttura, confortevole moderna ed elegante. Il punto di forza sono persone gentilissime e molto disponibili.
Purtroppo non ho potuto provare la cucina serale, ma i miei complimenti vanno comunque al cuoco che mi ha preparato un'eccellente colazione accompagnata da gentilezza e sorriso.

Una cena interessante, sperimentale, accostamenti improbabili ma ben riusciti. Lo chef è un grande professionista nonché un grande artista. Il format del ristorante è basato su 3 menu degustazione. Un format sicuramente unico che può piacere oppure no a seconda dei gusti. Prezzo in linea con questo genere di esperienze, servizio impeccabile!

Ho soggiornato Aqua Crua sabato diciotto febbraio. Mi sono trovato molto bene, la stanza era esattamente pulita e organizzata. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, mi ha accompagnato in un posto in cui avevo bisogno di recarmi, mi ha anche dato il numero del taxi per andare dalla stazione al Bed & Breakfast e viceversa. Locale molto bello, esperienza a “livelli”, primo step decisamente interessante con piatti di livello e presentazioni molto belle anche dal punto di vista visivo. Servizio simpatico e non invadente. Vini di qualità. Chef Baldessari persona interessantissima e inspirata, talento puro. Torneremo per il secondo “livello”.

Indubbiamente, non una cena, bensì un’esperienza o come è definito lo stesso menù: un’iniziazione. Difficile descrivere una sequenza di portate i cui sapori sono inseguiti in profondità fino a rasentare la ******alita’. Una serata eccellente, scelta dei vini fine e precisa, prezzo assolutamente in linea con l’offerta, ambiente ricercato e curato. Servizio da smussare ancora un po’ per essere in linea con l’eccellenza del resto

Location essenziale con pezzi di design, il tutto é molto curato e nulla é lasciato al caso. Qui non si viene a mangiare, ma a fare un’esperienza a tutto tondo. I cibi sono sinestesie, coinvolgono i sensi e non si smette di stupirsi dalla prima all’ultima portata: abbinamenti arditi ma con logica e rigore nel trattare le materie prime. Personale attento e non invadente. Chef da applausi. Prezzo in linea con quanto offerto.

..di sapori, di colori, di profumi... qualcosa di pazzesco. Non un pranzo ma un’esperienza. In questo ristorante abbiamo provato delle sensazioni molto forti che derivavo semplicemente dalle prelibatezze che ci sono state servite. Bravi!
