There is a very steep slope up at the front desk of this hotel, and the car is blocked as soon as it is more. It is rare to turn on a TV set and have programs in various languages. The hotel breakfast buffet is OK, but it is too wasteful for me, basically milk and fruit.

But there are open areas for development regarding the service process. The staff are generally very good intentions and very wild. Aids. Prices are reasonable. The location is amazing,very safe place and 1 minute walk distance to most popular avenue.Rooms are extra clean and luxury.I will definitely visit this place again as we enjoyed king room as a couple,however day shift reception staff were not happy to work as it was obvious from their behaviour, no welcoming, we entered the hotel and negatively they asked our IDs. No information given, no bellboy offered, and when we entered the reception they didn't even ask or tell anything as i told them that we had reservation.So nothing asked like 'how can i help you?' In this kind of quality hotels i wasn't expecting this.Moreover,they didn't even tell us our floor so i guessed it from the number on our card! During their shift all they did were staring at us badly when we were going in and out.Housekeeping lady were much more positive and helpful.After we checked in to our room approximately 30 minutes passed and i couldn't connect to wi-fi so i called reception and what they told me was they didn't start our check-in procedure into system so i should wait to connect wi-fi, what i mean here is we didn't see any guests checking in , hotel was not crowded and of course i thought that after they got our info and let us go to room of course check-in procedure should finish but what i heard was they didn't even start it. Another thing i should add here is , our room wasn't prepared for us as it had no complimentary water, no shampoo/shower gel, no towels. Thanksfully housekeeping lady found it out and brought us everything after half an hour passed from our checkin, i guess again it's receptionists mistake.Night time staff in the reception were much better and positive.Apart from that it is well located,close to embassies and attractions,well equipped rooms with real luxury and high tech.Enjoyed every minute of our stay in the room and the view as well! Already recommended to friends who will visit Ankara.

It is a hotel that I would like to visit again as a hotel with the highest quality in every aspect of its price. The reception at the front desk, the cleanliness of the bedding in the room, and the cleanliness of the facilities in the room were very clean, which increased satisfaction. The drinks beach in the refrigerator, free water, amenities, and coffee were also good. The breakfast at the restaurant was neat, the bread tasted good, and compared to small hotels, it was deliciously prepared according to various essential types, and it will be memorable for a long time as the person in charge ate comfortably and deliciously at a beautiful restaurant that serves at a beautiful restaurant. During this trip, I visited two more places in Turkey, but the memory of this hotel remains more.

The Aldino Residence is an appropriate place if you need to stay longer than usually. There are the rooms which are quite spacious, having an own kitchen, wash-machine. Our visit was in winter season, however, the room was very warm, specially, we would like to note their bathrooms that are quite vast and very comfortable. We didn't really feel that it was a room in one of ordinary hotels. The staff was very kind and attentive for each our request or question. In addition, the location of the hotel is convenient if you want to walk and observe the Ankara lifestyle.
