Melhor hotel de Barcarena. A preocupação com a sustentabilidade faz parte das características do empreendimento. Equipe muito solicita fazendo que o hóspede se sinta como estivesse em casa. A limpeza do hotel chama atenção (tudo muito limpo e organizado). Cama extremamente confortável.

Só não dou a nota máxima porque tive a infeliz experiência pois a recepção liberou a chave do meu quarto para outro hospede e causou um grande constrangimento para ambos "quarto 245". No mais o atendimento e a estrutura do hotel são muito boas.

Impressiona pela limpeza e atendimento. O meu quarto era no 1° andar, sem necessidade de subir escada, proximo à portaria e restaurante, mesmo assim silencioso. O café da manhã é muito bom. Peca um pouquinho pelo sinal de TV, que deixa a imagem da TV não muito boa.

Quarto amplo e excelente serviço de limpeza. O café da manhã é excelente, diverso e com toques regionais. O restaurante possui uma ótima cozinha. O hotel possui um amplo espaço de lazer e integração para os hospedes.

The overall hotel infrastructure is good, and all personnel is thoughtful and kind. The only negative point is related to the old and not well-maintained room furniture. Also, what is incredible is having an automatic coffee machine instead of freshly brewed coffee offered to the guests.

O quarto é bom, confortável, estava limpo. O café da manhã é bom. O que mais me marcou foi que durante a madrugada tropecei no imóvel da TV que caiu e quebrou a tela, mas não houve atrito com os funcionários do hotel que trataram o acidente exatamente como um acidente.

Minha acomodaçao sempre limpa todos os dias, o café da manhã bem diversificado, não se percebe que a temperatura externa influencia as partes internas do Hotel, pois o sistema de climatização é muito bom. A unica dica de melhora é a Internet, pois Infelizmente tive problemas na semana da Hospedagem, e ela é essencial para o meu trabalho
