Manque cruel d'eau chaude Propriétaire de TRES mauvaise foi Une anarque : Impossible de prendre plus d'une douche chaude par jour, l'eau était ensuite glacée ! Très désagréable !!! Comment fait-on lorsque on est plusieurs ? J'aurais dû lire plus en détails les commentaires sur cet établissement, ce problème d'eau chaude avait déjà été signalé par de précédents locataires. Après m'être plaint auprès de la propriétaire, il a fallut plus de 2 mois pour qu'elle accepte de me dédommager, et encore pour une somme infime, 80 euros sur une location à 1140 euros ! Un scandale. La propriétaire a reconnu le problème d'eau chaude, pour lequel j'avais demandé une indemnité de 200 euros, qu'elle a revue à la baisse à 120 euros, et qu'elle a finalement remboursée pour 80 euros après des dizaines de relances de ma part. Un vrai scandale !!! Afin de justifier cette baisse de dédommagement, la propriétaire n'a pas hésité à m'adresser des photos de l'appartement dans un piteux états et sales. ¨Photos ne correspondant pas du tout à l'état dans lequel j'ai laissé l'appartement ! Vraiment vraiment scandaleux. Propriétaire de très très mauvaise foi. Logement à BLACKLISTER !
