Arrived to be given room 410 it smelt as if I was down in the sewers. Complained to reception who sent a cleaner up who poured disinfectant down the sink plug holes which made the room smell worse. Reception said we could change rooms the next day but I am afraid I could not sleep in that room at all. I left and went to my brothers which cost me money to travel to. I returned the next day and they did give me a better room. The attitude at reception was very disappointing and I was offered no refund at all. After reading other reviews for this place they know they have this problem and they should sort it out. Nothing was said about paying a €100 deposit for the room no breakfast was included in the price very disappointing.
