BBarcelona Gaudí Flats

The location is fantastic, just a 6-minute walk to Sagrada Familia, with plenty of supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and it's very close to the Sagrada Familia metro station. The two-bedroom layout with a full kitchen is perfect for families. However, the check-in experience needs improvement: we spent almost an hour communicating online with the front desk to complete check-in and get the access code. Imagine how inconvenient that would be if arriving late at night! The electric kettle had a broken handle, which is a safety hazard – thankfully, I was only filling it with water. What if a pot of boiling water had spilled? On the first day, after the first person showered, the next person had to wait an hour for hot water. Unaware of this, we ended up with a cold shower halfway through. Larger families will need to stagger their showers. Facility maintenance and service efficiency urgently need to be improved.

1. The room looked nothing like the pictures online. It wasn't a hotel; it was more like a run-down guesthouse! 2. The facilities inside were old and worn out. The drain was clogged, and the hot water was unreliable – it was practically uninhabitable! 3. I feel like I was scammed. They charged a 300 Euro deposit, and I haven't gotten it back after half a month! Avoid this place at all costs, seriously, avoid it!

Top location! Close to the Sagrada Familia. Plenty of places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also a locker service within walking distance to store luggage upon arrival and/or departure. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped, though we didn't use it. The shower is nice and warm, which is not unimportant. It is also reasonably clean. However, access is via the bathtub, which is a downside. The bed (mattress) could be better; it is noisy. But fine for a few days. Checking in was a bit tricky and took some getting used to at first, but after that, it was fine. Certainly a great stay for the price at the end of March. All in all, above all, a top location! We can recommend it. I would choose it again.

There are simply no words to describe how wonderful it is. The location is clean, cozy, comfortable, and the location is perfect. Thank you for such great conditions.

The access system is really difficult, and even if you know how to open it, it's still hard to turn the door handle. It's different from the photos, and it's not clean. The refrigerator smells. The bathroom has black water stains. The dishes are dirty. The floor is very old. There's not enough toilet paper. (I paid for it at the supermarket.) There weren't enough towels. They didn't even clean the place during my four-day stay. This isn't a hotel, this is an Airbnb. Just stay at a clean Airbnb. This is definitely not a hotel. I really don't recommend this place.

The location was good. The room was clean. Other than the fact that there were few amenities and I was worried about there not being any extra toilet paper, everything was fine.
