The check-in experience was not very good. I clearly asked for a large bed when booking, but when I checked in, I ended up with 2 single beds pushed together! When I contacted the front desk, the guy at the front desk just said that he had not received any request for a double room! How can this be? It was clearly noted on the reservation form, but when I asked him if he could change to another room, he said that the room was fully booked🫤I was speechless. I didn’t feel like staying here, and I won’t choose it in the future!

The location of hotel is very good, also room was very clean. Also, receptionist was friendly, it offers to keep my luggage in the hotel even after the checkout.

Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Obwohl das Hotel sich direkt neben dem Mercat de la Boqueria und in Nähe zur Rambla befindet, war es im Zimmer sehr ruhig. Gut vom Bahnhof Sans mit der Metro zu erreichen.

As this hotel was unique in meeting our very stringent budget restrictions - for our first and very last minute trip to Barcelona - my expectations were modest. However on arrival late evening we were so warmly received by reception (sorry no name badges and I didnt take your name) And so very well taken care of the following day booking tickets for all our chosen tourist attractions - that it felt like a much high service level hotel. The (basic level) room we'd booked offered very comfortable bed, lovely hotel quality white bedding, fridge, safe, ample storage and an opening window - which to my surprise and delight next morning opened to a front seat view of La Bocquera entrance (approx 20 seconds walk) This hotel honestly could not be better located for tourists. Everything is within a very short walk - 3 main markets, Gothic quarter, Rambla and Liceu Metro on doorsrep, tourist buses, shopping and restaurants. Without a doubt this hotel will be our choice when we return. Which we will. Because Barcelona is fabulous!

Haben kurzfristig gebucht und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr zentral und fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Metro um die Ecke. Auch der berühmte Markt gleich nebenan. Zimmer sauber und ruhig, obwohl die Rambla um die Ecke ist. Haben uns zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt. Frühstücksraum im Keller könnte etwas aufgepeppt werden, erfüllt jedoch den Zweck. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert und jederzeit wieder!
