Had a very good experience here. Not a bad walk from Barcelona-Sants, and the lobby is very chill, comfortable, and a great place to cool down. They have fresh water and candy for anybody rolling in.
The concierge all spoke English, which was a huge help to me, and though I arrived two hours early, they got me a room immediately (albeit at a 10 euro extra cost).
The room was quite nice and I had no noise issues whatsoever; surprising given how busy the main road was, but luckily I was not overlooking it.
I wish it didn't cost extra to get the 'fast' internet - and there was a hiccup with neither concierge knowing how to switch from the regular to the fast after already signing up for the regular - but that was a tiny speedbump in the experience as a whole. Would certainly go back, and would recommend this place to anyone.

"Room cleaning" just came and tidied it but didn't actually change the sheets. The pillow cases were dirty, both front and back, but they were not changed. Shocked.

The distance from the train station is OK, but it takes more than half an hour to get to the tourist attractions by public transportation. It's a bit far. Overall, it's an ordinary business hotel. But I have to say something about the receptionist who checked us in, a male waiter with a slightly Asian face. I booked two single beds because I saw the hotel pictures and everyone's reviews that they put two single beds together. We have slept like this before in Europe and never had any problems. My baby is 3 years old. When I checked in, the man said that I could only book a king-size bed room with a child, so he changed me to a very cramped king-size bed room with a 1.5m bed width. I was dissatisfied and told Ctrip, but after they communicated, the man still disagreed. He said it is impossible because the child would fall off the single bed. Later we endured it. But when I took a nap, my hands were really numb from sleeping, so we went to the front desk to find someone again. They changed shifts, and the new receptionist didn't ask anything, and changed our room without saying a word. The child slept for two days and didn't fall off. I feel that the man is very mean and has a very poor service attitude. Chinese guests are treated differently.

Very cost-effective! I will stay here again if I go to Barcelona!
The hotel is very new and has a very distinctive facade, so it is easy to find. It is not far from the station and can be reached in 10 minutes.

The room is of a suitable size, clean and tidy. The hotel entrance is not very conspicuous, and there is a different world once you enter.
The overall service and facilities are relatively new. Compared with the hotel the day before, the living environment and sleeping experience are very good.
