Hotel was conveniently connected to a mall and within a 15-min taxi ride from Barcelona Sants train station. Room was clean with a bathtub in the toilet. Check-in was fast and smooth with polite staff. Overall a very pleasant stay with easy access to food and shopping right at the doorstep.

This hotel is amazing and plush, the decor is top notch and it’s definitely a high class 4 star hotel, well worth the rating. It was clean and the bed was massive and super comfortable. The service was great and managed to get a 3 hour extra late checkout option by asking at reception. The location is good, a bit further away from the night life but easily reachable by cab, would stay again

They put two single bess together and they call it King Size bed.

This hotel is generally fine. The location is really convenient since it is near the main road and a lot of shopping mall and transport is good. Access to local cuisine is also good!

The day before I had stayed at a touristy Hotel and felt restless, but this hotel made me feel at home. Thanks. No curtains in the baths made it easy for the shower to leak, which I used with the understanding that it was designed that way. Could not find a concierge, but not sure if it was staffed with cut off hours. The receptionist stopped trying to understand me when I spoke to her in a foreign language and either brushed me off or hung up on me on the phone a couple of times. He gave us directions to the restaurant, but we found it after much hesitation. The environment looked empty, but there were various stores scattered about a block away. I wish I had a map of the shops/restaurants; I relied on Google Maps, but it didn't seem to fit the actual location, and I was confused. (Not the hotel's fault...). I would like to stay a few nights next time.

The stay was quite nice, the staff at the entrance and reception are very nice and positive and greet you with a big smile. Overall service was good and room was clean.

The hotel is quite big. It is in a very good area. The surrounding area is quiet and safe. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk is warm and polite. The stay experience is very good.

Hotel service is good

Well located and with good facilities but too expensive for not having breakfast and not offering extra amenities such as the spa, which is paid for. I recommend that the hotel wash the pillow protectors, they are very yellow as if they had not been washed in a long time, a basic issue in a 4-star hotel. At reception they should improve the friendliness.
