- You receive your room and locker card key at reception
- You receive your sheets and pillowcases at reception and set them up yourself
- There is one light and one plug at the bedside
- There is a privacy curtain
- The lockers are small
- Wi-Fi worked fine
- It was very cold at night because the air conditioner was blowing directly on the bunk bed. The comforter was only a thin sheet, so I slept wearing lots of clothes
<Toilet>
- There are four shared toilets outside the room
- The toilet paper was often clogged
- Hand soap and hand dryer available
<Shower>
- There are four shared showers outside the room
- The shower head is short, so you have to get very close to the wall to take a shower
- You have to keep pressing the shower button. The water stops when you release the button.
- There are hooks outside each shower booth to hang things.
- There were two hairdryers, but one was broken.
- Because many people use it, the floor was often flooded up to the sink.

Overall really good experience. Clean and safe. Showers had warm water and every facility was included. The temperature in room felt a little heated at first but it is a subjective thing

Best Hostel In Barcelona without any doubt! Simply Perfect Location Rooms Beds Kitchen Cleaning and Staff better than In many five Star Hotels ! Carlo at the reception is one in a Million I know many Hotels who would be very happy with such brilliant people ! Friendly and very competent! Have never Seen such a large Living room Like Area in any other Hostel ! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ best value for money in Barcelona Have been in a few hostels now and the winner is Hola! As a person who has been working with the best Hotels in Austria only 4 and 5 star hotels none of them have better staff and management!

Was amazing to go out with lolo and Ismael night out was amazing hostel I loved everything about it nice terrace nice ping pong table everything clean night ou every weekend you should absolutely join the club we’re super fun just loved it thx you for the experience

A pity that I cannot give 10 stars instead of just 5 🙂 This hostel is my second home! I come nearly every weekend from Germany and feel so welcome! I cannot count how often I stayed there already! The receptionists are the friendliest, most competent, and funny guys I ever experienced in a hostel or hotel! And I stayed in many hostels worldwide. .. The manager and receptionists are very professional and 24 hours available. A big plus are the screens checking the entrance and common areas which ensure that the hostel is safe. I don't miss any amenities! The kitchen and bathrooms are big, I never have to wait for a toilet or shower. The beds have a thick curtain which ensures privacy. Fresh sheets, blankets and towels are provided at the reception and the smooth matraze cover protects against bed bugs. Everyone gets a locker with a key card. Thus, no padlock is necessary. Since my key card sometimes felt under my bed I notived that the floor is very clean. Every night kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned and the dishes washed. There is also TV, table football, computers and even a terrace. Activities are paella nights, salsa course, beer pong etc. The bus stop is 2 min walking distance, metro just 5 min and the airport bus easy to reach in 15 min. But the most important reason for me to choose this hostel are Matteo, Paulo and all the other amazing receptionists! I will come again and again! See you soon!

The whole place it's filthy, hair, dust and stains everywhere (from the very entrance). I stayed for 4 days and from the 1 day someone left the underwear and towel in the shower room, and the last day it still was there with the collection of TP,old shampoos and balls of human hair. The worst was the last day! I did my check out (11 am) but my flight was at 19:30 so me and my friends ( who were staying another 4 days) decided to go early to the beach, I left my luggage in my friends locker and I thought coming back around 16:00, get a shower and head to the airport. The angry and rude man from the front desk followed us and started an unnecessary argument just because I left my luggage in my friends locker when I already have checked out, he didn't stop even when we apologize and said I was leaving. He even allegated that I stayed an extra day for free, wich I offered to pay just to stop him having a go on me and my friends. I felt very uncomfortable and left the place in the moment.

Great place to stay, however the beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Seeing as it's just a rented place to sleep I would much rather have a comfortable beg than Spanish vlasses.
