Terrible agency! Do not rent here, there was no hot water and no internet during our stay and they were charging random fees on top of it, worst experience I’ve ever had with a flat! I forgot a bag and they threw it away while I contacted them directly asking them to keep it for a day so I can come pick it up it’s been awful from beginning until the end.
