Horrible! The afternoon receptionist who calls himself manager (which he is not) was requested to change the bed as it was next to the door and he was soo rude and lazy to not even get up from his chair to even look if there was an empty cube where i can move. I found 2 empty cubes in my room itself.

Clean hostel on a human scale, well equipped (individual curtain, socket, lamp, storage drawer under the bed, kitchen available), pleasant staff. disadvantages: metro 15 minutes away, no elevator, card system to access the exterior and dormitory (I prefer codes)
