The room is clean and spacious, equipped with a coffee machine, coffee capsules, small refrigerator, and safe. The environment is quiet. The service provided by the beautiful lady at the front desk is particularly good. She is patient, considerate and not afraid of trouble. The hash browns for breakfast were delicious and the waiters were friendly.

La situation correspondait tout à fait à notre besoin. La zone est bien desservie par les transports publics et le quartier est plutôt résidentiel, haut de gamme, donc sécuritaire et calme. L'hôtel lui est un trois étoile de niveau moyen. Ascenseur minuscule, climatisation impossible si encore en chauffage (soit l'un, soit l'autre, pour tout l'hôtel), chambre de taille moyenne, décoration vétuste, coffre-fort à clé à demander à la réception contre dépôt de garantie. Mais l'établissement fait le job et le personnel est très accueillant, sympathique et aidant.

Comodidad en la ubicación e instalaciones, como también la atención del personal. Zona muy tranquila y sin embargo con pronta comunicación al centro y otros sitios desde el metro que está a 300 m. También hay comercios de barrio residencial en las cercanías. En general es muy recomendable.

The room was clean, the staff was very nice. The major problem was that there is a bar in the hotel that has tables and chairs right outside of the entrance, under the rooms. At night, people always go to that area and proceed to talk and laugh and be loud until early morning, making it close to impossible to sleep. The bar, or at least that area, should be closed at night so the guests aren't bothered. Other than this, the stay was very nice, the neighbourhood is very calm and cloise to public transportation.

Hotel muy cerca de la clínica donde me operaba. Muy tranquilo para el descanso que necesitaba. A 15 minutos andando de Illa Diagonal y un barrio muy tranquilo. Muy aconsejable con parking y un servicio excelente. Nos alargaron el checkout y es de agradecer
