性價比不錯的酒店，一家三口訂的三人房，離海邊和鬧市區都很近，價格合適，值得推薦，臨走時忘記給房間拍照了，洗手間很大，有露台可以觀景，旁邊有個火車站，交通也很方便

This hotel is easy to find from the airport by taxi and it is great value for the cost. The room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Air conditioned. Great location to walk around and get meals. I would recommend this place for value shoppers because it’s a good hotel.

In the perfect location with great restaurants and train station next door and hop on hop off bus stop close by. Desk staff very helpful. A little disappointed as they dis not contact us when we left something in the hotel room after check out.

I made a reservation through Trip.com nearly 3–4 months ago for a total of $271 CAD. To my surprise, upon arrival, the same room was being offered for only $220 CAD. I find it unfair to be overcharged simply for booking in advance, especially when there was no added benefit to early booking.
On top of that, the room I received was extremely small, with no view, and far below what I expected from a 4-star hotel. I even spoke to the reception staff to see if anything could be done, but they were dismissive and responded with a poor attitude.
I booked through Trip.com because I trusted the service and hoped to save money. Unfortunately, this experience has been the opposite. I’ve stayed in many 4-star hotels before, and this was by far the worst – both in terms of value and service.
This will likely be my last time booking through Trip.com unless I see improvement.

Great location and service from staff. However, bottled water is only provided on the first night and the walls were very thin! But if we complained about any noise, the staff would assist us straight away.
