Hotel was extremely clean & staff were helpful. Comfy bed but the pillows are too small & the decorative pillows resemble couch cushions. No self laundry service inside besides very expensive dry cleaning. Spa is tiny and no area for parents to lounge while watching kids. Kids are only allowed in pool area 9-1. Location is decent although feels “dreary” outside hotel. Rooms are a decent size but no views. We couldn’t even move the blackout curtains otherwise neighbors would be looking directly into your room. I would not stay here again & there are probably better views for the price range.

4 nachten verbleven in dit hotel (zonder ontbijt). De kamers waren heel net en proper en werden dagelijks opgeruimd. Jammer genoeg rook de afvoer in onze badkamer vanaf dag 2 niet zo lekker. We hebben dit gemeld en hierna was dit opgelost tot de volgende douchebeurt, hierna helaas weer dezelfde geurhinder. Het hotel was rustig gelegen en had een heel mooie rooftop bar. Heel leuk om savonds van de sunset te genieten. Een aanrader voor een Citytrip Barcelona.

My wife and I stayed here from the 9th-13th of may from checkin to departure the hotel is fantastic the staff are excellent very friendly and very helpful from reception breakfast restaurant and the bars excellent hard working staff. We will definitely be back and I would recommend this for a break

The room was too hot because there was no fresh air and the airco couldn’t go lower. We ask for another room but the hotel was fully booked so the next day we got a free upgrade

El hotel por la fotos es lindo pero en realidad este hotel fue uno de los perores hoteles que ya estuve. He reservado 4 días de este hotel y después me iba a Londres y he pedido para dejar la maleta en el hotel mientras estaba viajando. Han dicho que no había ningún problema y que mi maleta se quedaría guardada. He puesto candado. Cuando regreso de Londres el candado estaba roto y mi iPhone que había comprado que estaba en la caja desaparecido. Todas las ropas reviradas. Fue hablar con la recepción y para mi sorpresa: ellos dicen que no tienen ninguna responsabilidad. Me han tratado bastante mal, no hicieran absolutamente NADA. Tengo las fotos y la denuncia.

Lit très grand et très confortable. Un peu excentré, belle chambre peu insonorisée. Beau buffet de petit déjeuner mais salle très bruyante. Spa et piscine très petits vu la taille de l’hôtel Employés exceptionnellement agréables et sympathiques.
