Great hotel. Although the surrounding environment is a bit dirty, the location and transportation are very convenient. It is very close to the old town of Gothic, Columbus Square, and the coast. It can be reached directly from Sants Railway Station in four subway stops, and there are elevators all the way. It is very convenient for independent travelers who take the high-speed rail to carry luggage. The room was very clean, of a good size, with a bathroom and toilet. The buffet breakfast was very rich and cost-effective. The front desk service was excellent. We went to Valencia on the morning of the third day and returned to Barcelona on the fourth day to take it to another place. They also kindly kept our luggage overnight for free. . The service attitude deserves a big thumbs up.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel and were pleased by it. The location is good, facing a metro station and within walking distance to the Ramblas and the Montjuic Fountain. The room was comfortable and the staff was very nice. Taxis are available at the front door. I recommend the breakfast, which is very complete.

L'hôtel est trés bien placé, trés propre et bien décoré, mais la cerise sur le gateau fut la partie humaine incarnée par Bryan, qui au-delà du check-in nous a guidé dans nos choix de restaurants, nous a reservé une table, et nous a même imprimé une info sur le vin que nous devrions commander. et tout cela avec le sourire et la patience. Réllement un modèle d'HOSPITALITY que devrait mettre en place tous les hôtels du monde. Bravo et felicitations à Ryan!

Traveled with 2 kids 9 and 11. We received a big room with seperate small room with bedsofa. Hotel offers complemtary minibar and bike rental service. Except the view from the room the hotel is great.

My brother booked this stay for him and our parents to celebrate our mom's 50th birthday, and they just checked in today under his name. He specifically requested a birthday card for our mom since it is her milestone birthday, but unfortunately, that request was completely ignored. Needless to say, it's left us quite disappointed to start. Nonetheless, they're appreciating the clean room and the excellent location. They're set to check out on Tuesday, April 9th, and we'll certainly be providing a thorough review then.

The only person that was rude was this morning 01/05/2024 at the breakfast Buffett he was preparing the eggs I forgot the name of omelet so I took a few minutes to told him I want and omelet he was so angry and rude nieve asked how many eggs do you wanted or what do you want in your omelet very disappoint some person make your start of the day down .
