部屋タイプによって結構違いがありそうです。私はある程度費用を抑えたかったので、宿泊したのは1階と2階の間の位置にあるお部屋。決して広くはないけど清潔感はありました。窓は床に接着した場所にあり、開けると通りを行きかう人との距離が近かったです。すぐ近くに大学があるからか大きな通りではないけど日中は行きかう人は常にいて、話し声も聞こえるため窓は常時閉めてました。浴室にも同じ位置に小さな窓がありますが、シャワーを使うとどうしてもこもるのでここだけはときどき開けてました（トレイをするときは閉めないと見えちゃうかも）。ホテルの目の前にごみ回収場所があり、瓶を回収してるのかガラスが砕けるものすごい音が一日に何度かします。ホテルの壁がとても薄いので隣の人の会話は聞こえてきます。
場所は良いです！Universidad駅から徒歩5分くらい？空港バスが停まるPlaça de Catalunyaからも徒歩10分するかしないかくらいで、石畳にちょっとだけ持ってかれたりしますがスーツケースと一緒の小柄女性でも歩ける距離です。
周辺の治安も問題なさそう。滞在中3名くらいのフロントの方と接触しましたが、みなさん感じがよく優しかったです。建物の2階か3階に無料のウォーターサーバーがあり、常温の水、冷たい水、ガス入りの水と多分氷？が選べました。お水はたくさん飲むので、これは意外とうれしいし助かるポイントでした。そして日本人が特に気になりそうなシャワーは、温度も圧も最高です！温度はむしろ熱々までいけそうなので、適温のところを見つけてやけどしないようにご注意を。
バルセロナの他のホテルを知らないので何ともですが、総称するとお値段相応という印象。お部屋は正直イマイチでしたがもともと期待値も高かったわけでもなく、観光で何日か寝るための場所と考えると十分かなと。

Hotel is located in the city centre, close to La Rambla, shops, restaurants, variety of public transport. We particularly enjoyed breakfast in the hotel. Thank you everyone for your help and great service.

Nice location, good breakfast, good beds. I really likes the old features they kept for the decoration of common areas, its gives charm to an oversall modern hotel. Our family bedroom was comfortable, but the window, overlooking the hotel's terrasse, was very small and hidden by a closet, so quite dark. The worst was overhearing the neighbours in their own bedroom, as if we were sharing the same space. I'm speaking about normal (phone) conversations. This is room 131B.

Hôtel très propre. Il est très bien situé au coeur de la ville , possibilité de parking sur place en supplément a réserver avant l'arrivée.Le buffet du petit déjeuner est à volonté, servi jusqu'à 11 heures 👌. Personnel agréable. Bonne literie. 👍

Sono stata in questo hotel con mio marito fine aprile /maggio, la stanza che abbiamo avuto non è grandissima ma molto pulita, e devo dire molto silenziosa, quindi il riposo è assicurato, mi è mancato il bidet e uno specchio in camera magari nell'anta dell'armadio. La posizione è comodissima perché a pochi passi dalla Rambla e dalle stazioni della metro che abbiamo utilizzato tantissimo. La colazione dolce/salata è stata soddisfacente e la cosa carina che avevamo il distributore di acqua al piano. Lo consiglio

Camera nuova, dal design moderno e minimal pulitissima. Presente in camera macchina da caffe' e acqua gassata e naturale a volonta" da rifornirsi in hotel nel distribitore di acqua a dispisizione gratuitamente per i clienti. Struttura vicino alla Rambla e dotata di parcheggio comodissimo.

Die Lage ist super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schönes sauberes Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir waren zu zweit. Vier Tage Barcelona in einem angenehmen Hotel. Der Preis ist auch in Ordnung. Jederzeit wieder.
