The hotel is clean and the staff are super friendly, the location is not near the city centre but there are quite a few good restaurants near there. The lobby is a very relaxing place.

The room is fine. Breakfast is also ok. But some service was distinguished. Most of workers are good. Except one reception guy with longhair & mustache who worked at night .. We are Asian, need hot food mostly, we said huge good words to borrow microwave for two minutes or pay for rent , but he rejected unfriendliness ..and point out the customers can’t take food into the hotel with extreme proud and rude attitude .. ibis is a famous and link hotel. Who can trust have the ridiculous rules!!! The most evil of human is to cause the maximum difficulty to others with minimum tiny power . Service workers should think of others , bad heart people shouldn’t worthy to work in .. a bit shame on him

좋아요!! 친절했습니다~~! 그러나 우리는 흡연이 가능한 객실인지 몰랐습니다 ㅠㅠ 그게 너무 아쉬웠어요. 인포는 너무 친절하게 응답해줬습니다. 나머지는 모두 괜찮았습니다:) 우리의 생일이라 우리를 맞이해줘서 고마웠습니다!!

bellissimo hotel, molto moderno con camere pulite e ordinate. posizione strategica con 2 diverse fermate della metro (linea gialla e linea rossa) a pochi passi. oltre ogni previsione, siamo rimasti molto contenti!

A decent hotel and for the price considering anywhere in Barcelona is expensive enough but it was quiet far out from the city centre. At least 45-60 mins walk. Staff were non chalant but would help if prompted. The cafe/restaurant was decent and the rooms clean and decent. Lobby has a bit of a vibe, with the restaurant and table tennis and areas to chill. A bit like an upmarket hostel vibe.

Uma agradável surpresa! Quartos simples mas suficiente para dormir. limpeza diária, troca de toalhas diária . Pequeno almoço excelente com muita diversidade, tudo muito bom. Ambiente do hotel espetacular . Decoração do lobby fantástica! Staff super atencioso e simpático!

Localização perfeita! Perto de duas estações de metrô, shopping Westfield, lavanderia La Wash, restaurantes, cafés e comércio em geral. Quarto confortável e chuveiro bom! O café de manhã é IMPECÁVEL! Com muitas opções e bem variado! Atendimento cordial!
