The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. It's clean, hygienic, and safe – top-notch! 👍 The guesthouse guide and nearby restaurant recommendations provided by the staff were very helpful, and he was also very patient!

Very nice apartment-we stayed in the 3 bedroom with 2 terraces-one overlookng Casa Mila. It was nicely furnished and reception was very helpful and easy to work with. The apartment is in a great location, right off a main street (Passeig de Gracia) and right near a central metro station (Diagonal). Very close to 2 Gaudi houses (Casa Mila and Casa Battlo) and near shopping and restaurants. You can walk to many locations in Barcelona although we took the Metro a lot because of the heat. HIghly recommneded for families or multiple coupls who want apartment style living vs multiple hotel rooms

Excellent communication!
Great location! Cool property. Great views from the balcony. AIR CONDITIONING!!! Best part though were the people managing it. They were friendly, helpful, communicative, and a joy to work with. I would recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Quartprimera Apartments. The apartment was beautiful and well taken care of (we stayed at the 3 bedroom penthouse). The staff was very responsive and helpful from initial booking and throughout our stay. They definitely started our trip off well!

Disappointed
Quite disappointed in the property for the price paid. Communication poor; restaurant coupons invalid since restaurant wasn’t even open! Emails were sent that were not what was discussed as far as check out & help with luggage & deposits.
