InterContinental Barcelona, an IHG Hotel

The normal hotel check-out time is 3:00 There were six of us. We checked in at 3:30 and asked for a two-bed room. We told the staff that we originally booked the same floor and requested the same floor. But we didn’t know that the original castle view was different from the one we originally booked. We couldn't see the castle and only looked at the terrace opposite, and the hotel staff didn't inform us at the time. It was only said that we had a room at the end of the day. If we were on the same floor, we would have to wait an extra 2.5 hours. We accepted it at the time, but in the end, it turned out that 4, 5, and 6 people were on different floors. The room was not cleaned at the scheduled pick-up time. The daily cleaning time is from 8:00 to 20:00. The door is knocked on and cleaned from time to time. Water and towels are not added, and only one person cleans one floor. The catering originally included breakfast and dinner. We were full of words when we arrived at 18:00 on the first night. We were asked to go to the underground restaurant. When we arrived, we were told to ask the front desk. We walked back and forth three times before the restaurant was closed. In the end, of course, we could not get any food. . The second night I went earlier than the first night and it was full. I asked how long I had to wait and couldn’t get an answer. We had to call the front desk again to find out why the hotel didn't have enough space and why the hotel had to issue this package. We were told to wait for a round of theory. Finally, we had to contact the front desk to insist on the hotel's exact time and arrange seating immediately. After taking a seat, I discovered that the hotel basically only entertains guests who pay immediately. The package is always full. You can only enjoy one meal out of 3 dinners. Extremely disappointed with this brand of hotel

The hotel is conveniently located. The hotel and rooms are newly decorated. The rooms are considered large in Europe. The bed and pillows are very soft and comfortable. The soundproofing in the room is very poor! ! ! You can clearly hear the snoring and screaming in the next room!
