The cleaners didn’t clean daily, we had the trash pile up for almost 2 days. The employee was nice and gave me a towel for free when I asked to tent one :) the location was great! And I felt pretty safe in the area, it was super close to the meteo and a bus stop right outside the hostel. I wished there was there were curtains for the beds.

The location is great. There is a bus station just 1-min walk away. And the bus schedule is tight so it’s very convenient to go to the downtown.

The front desk staff were very nice, and the environment was clean. However, it was a bit inconvenient that I had to press the button on the shower and sink every 10 seconds or so to maintain water flow. Also, there was almost no counter space in the bathroom to put anything.

Very disappointing management and front office as had a huge problem with weather conditions to arrive to Barcelona but no understanding and neither empathy for platinum member with ctrip -At the end she keep pushing me cancelling without refunding in order to give my bed to someone else .Very mean ….So cannot even imagine to stay there as there attitude reflects probably there hospitality-Place to avoid
