stay far away from here. terrible place...terrible rooms and mega dirty, mold in the bath, it was so gross. and it's expensive so it doesn't last at all. the woman who looks after the place and "serves" breakfast lives there and runs around wearing a bath towel and you can't call it breakfast🙈. there is a smell and when the person who looks after it cooks it is even worse...it is outrageously expensive when you see it and we feel very cheated especially on the price. there is a lot of noise from the courtyard connected to the rooms.

During our 6 nights stay we are only given 3 bath towels.No comforter provided.No housekeeping.The caretaker explained us that they don’t provide comforter during summer but it gets really cold with the floor tiles.Room is not the same as advertised.Hotel lacks supplies for the guest to feel comfortable during the stay.
Location is accesible near metro
Caretaker helped us as much as she can

It’s a good place to sleep only. If you would like to explore many places in Barcelona, but not spend so much time in hotel, this is IT! it’s got what you just need to sleep over multiple night.

Aunque la persona encargada fue amable y el lugar se encontraba limpio e incluso con un buen aroma, el lugar es un tanto extraño. Desde el ingreso llegas a un edificio de apartamentos que no se identifica a cual piso y/o apartamento debes llamar. Una vez que subes por un ascensor muy antiguo, te reciben en un apartamento un tanto lúgubre (sin iluminación, ni ventilación natural). Ya que hacen tu registro desde un pasillo estrecho donde te reciben, te indican cual es tu habitación que aunque si tiene baño privado, es muy austera la instalación en general por el precio por noche.

arrivate con desiderio di una doccia, non c'erano gli asciugamani, chiamo il cellulare che avevo di riferimento, mi dice la signora che lei è dal medico e che non può venire, anzi la ho disturbata, sono basita. La mattina arriva dalla ventola del bagno in stanza una puzza da aglio che devo scappare via e purtroppo sono stata male. A colazione chiedo caffe latte, la signora si mette al telefono a litigare e si dimentica il mio latte che arriva a me ad una temperatura infernale, bolliva sulla tazza.....certo la posizione è buona, ma non ci tornerei solo per la puzza.

First, this is not a hotel. They are a bunch of rooms together. Very noisy and impossible to sleep in here. Old croissant, one single table for all guest, not clean towels, the lady in charged was very rude, there’s no front desk (bc it’s not a hotel), it’s hard to check in because there are no signs from the street. I can go on and on. Most horrible place I’ve ever stayed at.

A very nice building with a quaint old fashioned lift. A simple but adequate room. A very nice lady manager who was helpful and made a splendid breakfast.
