I stayed here for several nights while traveling solo. The location is good. It is located on the main street called Diagonal, so it is easy to find, and the area is safe, so I feel safe. The subway station is a little far away on foot, but the bus stop is nearby, so I had no problem going to the main tourist attractions. Regarding the service, the male staff member who helped me check in at the front desk was extremely wonderful. He was friendly with a smile, and explained things very carefully in English. I used it every day and noticed it on the last day, but I naturally assumed that the dishes there had already been washed so I didn't think about it until then, and I don't know if the dishes were clean up until that point. - There were tea bags and instant coffee provided, but they were sometimes replenished when I drank them and sometimes not.
