For starters, it’s an unassuming hotel from the street but once you walk in, it’s grand inside. And that’s about where it ended. The rooms were pretty bland. There wasn’t much of any decor in the room for a hotel with such an entrance. It’s ok at best. The best thing about it is the location. In any case I will not be going back to it again or referring anyone to it.
One day during our stay, we found a hand towel with a hole that I could put my fist through. Took it to the front desk and addressed the issue but reception didn’t seem too surprised. The following day, we found a bath towel which was torn up with a large hole it. This is not worthy of a quality hotel and service.

Amazing location, quick check in and check out. It also has a with a very pretty roof terrace. Room is clean, bed is comfy, it has a bath with shower.

Notre chambre triple n°119 était propre, spacieuse mais la vue de la fenêtre horrible (et pas du tout sur une cour intérieure) nous avions également une odeur d'égouts très désagréable. Après, je regrette que le bar au rooftop soit fermé, et recouvert d'une bâche bleue ignoble. Ce qui gachait le standing de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est superbe, copieux le personnel bien sympathique. Le service conciergerie gratuit pour laisser nos bagages après le check out et profiter un peu plus de la ville , est excellent. Pour finir l'hôtel est ultra bien placé, calme et son personnel au top. Il est situé à 2mn des ramblas, à 4mn du métro, à 8mn à peine du bus.

Wunderschönes Hotel, perfekte Lage auch für lange Spaziergänge, alle Must- see‘s sind zu Fuß erreichbar, auch der Hafen und Strand ! Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit, La Boqueria ist direkt um die Ecke und man sollte aufjedenfall Richtung Stadt in jede der kleinen Gasse laufen, auch etwas weiter unten!!

J'ai fais une réservation 10 jours avant depuis Marrakech
J'ai consulté les avis 2 jours avant de m'y rendre (Chose que je ne fais jamais) et j'avais l'apprehension d'etre decu au vu des commentaires négatifs
Mais il était déjà trop tard ...
Arrivé très tard sur place, j'ai eu un bel accueil de JUAN PEDRO
Tout au long du séjour cette personne à été très professionnel et très compétente et réactive en fonction de mes demandes

Die 2 positiven Dinge zu erst. Super Lage und ich durfte bereits nach einem Tag abschlagsfrei auschecken. VIP und Gold-Status sind ein Witz. Trotz Screenshots der Bestätigung und des Nachweises des Status wurden die Benefis verweigert, da dies nicht von *******/********** übermittelt worden sei… Ein Upgrade hätte es sowieso nicht gegeben, obwohl für die 3 Tage online noch über 10 höherwertige Zimmer verfügbar waren. Es kämen ja heute sicher noch Anreisen….
Der kostenlose Parkplatz wurde zu 30/Tag und die versprochene Flasche Wein wäre vermutlich zwar auch nicht das kulinarische Highlight gewesen, aber zumindest eine nette Geste. Hier war das einzige Entgegenkommen am Folgetag auschecken zu können. Der Parkplatz wäre nur für eine Nacht benötigt worden, sicher kein Problem hier auf den Kunden zuzugehen. Leider kein Interesse den Kunden zu halten. Bei den Zahnpastaflecken im Bad dann auch keine all zu große Trauer meinerseits das Hotel zu wechseln. Die Wände im Flur waren recht ramponiert und im Zimmer ein deutlicher Geruch nach Raumspray. Das Bett war OK und die Zimmergröße in Ordnung. Nicht ganz den Bildern entsprechend, doch wo gibt es das schon?
