The property is nicely located walking distance to Barcelona city stores, malls and other attractions. The staff is super nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Room was just perfect in terms of value and the time we were there. The only hiccup we encountered was at the time of arrival, there was no front area staff to check us in. It seems that there is no one available before 10 am. We had to do it via email.

Great location.. propular sites in walkable diatance. Staff were helpful until check out day, couldnt get ahold of staff initally for a safe luggage storage place, once contact was made we were asked to leave our bags under a desk in the lobby. Reception is not staffed during houra deacribed on *******.

The location was wonderful! Although, it was a bit difficult to find at first since it was through a large locked door on the city street vs having a typical "hotel entrance". Very clean, helpful staff. Do wish the A/C could have been lowered further, but I think that was more of a European thing vs this particular hotel. Overall, would recommend and would stay here again! :)

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura tre notti . Stanze e arredamento nuovo ,bagno spazioso purtroppo senza finestre. Ottima la posizione vicino alla fermata della metro , bar sotto per colazione e diversi ristoranti in zona . Personale gentilissimo ,noi avevamo dimenticato delle cose in stanza e ci sono state spedite in Italia in pochi giorni . Consigliatissimo

En la habitación cuádruple las camas eran cómodas y el baño era amplio. La ubicación es céntrica. No cuenta con ascensor, pero solo se sube una planta. Para ingresar desde la calle se utiliza un mismo código para abrir las dos puertas y un código adicional para acceder a la sala de recepción que normalmente no contaba con un personal de forma continua. Contaba con una pequeña caja fuerte, pero no tenía refrigerador ni hervidor de agua. Para realizar la reserva directamente con el hotel se paga por adelantado el 50%. Sugerimos que antes de realizar el cobro online por el 50% restante, avisen al huésped para que esté al tanto y eventualmente podría elegir pagar de forma presencial mediante un POS.
