The only down side is the bathroom. They need to tear down and make a new one. The location was perfect and the views stunning. I call and request to clean the shower and change the liner because was very dirty.

The apartment is nice. We were a group of six and the apartment could accommodate 8 people. However the table only accommodated four people. My daughter and sister got stuck in the elevator /lift for 45 minutes upon arrival due to a malfunction. They got overheated due to no air circulation in the elevator. The elevator technician took 40 minutes to arrive. I was very upset. They promised compensation for inconvenience but that never happened. The apartment manager was very cold to us after this incident which was not our fault. Even though you sign a form of no partying, several groups of young men blasted music during the hours permitted and literally danced on the balcony as if at a bar. We were on a family vacation and thought this would not be the case here. Couldn't enjoy balcony unless you wanted to watch young men bump and grind dancing 😩 The area the apartment is in offers everything one could need from great shopping, tourism office, metro, bus, taxi stands, quick shopping for groceries and convince to all points of interest. I usually use a company called Numa Versa apartments. Which we have loved but couldn'tbook this trip due to not be available. This apartment air-conditioning did NOT keep bedrooms at comfortable temperature. It does have all things needed in the kitchen and a very adequate fridge with nice freezer. Shower has good water pressure. Rooms are nicely sized. Very good space accommodation.

Easy location for access to La Rambla, metro stations and shops! Clean, spacious apartments with all the facilities you could want, the beds were very comfortable too! Hosts were very helpful and answered any requests we had promptly, would recommend and stay again.

Everthing worked. The washer dryer is a all-in-one unit. Never used before, would be helpful to have directions for people fron usa. Allow 3-4 hours to dry a load.

The apartment suffers with leaks when it rains. The blind fell down in the middle of the night and the drops coming through caused a sleepless night for some. They are obviously aware as they said it had happened before, but no apology offered, which I found bizarre. En suite bedroom has had issue with a leak also as the floor is bowed and soft. Lovely apartment and comfortable but wouldn’t stay again or recommend, due to the blaze attitude of the owners and the noise from the street (old windows) which was loud.
