The positives first: the rooms were clean and comfortable and once we were inside them it was fine. The negatives however were numerous. Our family had requested a 4-person room and when we arrived after a long day of travel, we found that the bathroom ceiling was leaking and the floor was completely wet and getting flooded. There is no reception on the premises so we had to call and text to let someone know. It took a few calls before anyone answered thought when they finally did they gave us new codes for two separate rooms, as there was no other 4-person room available. Then in one of our new rooms, the WiFi didn’t work and we called again to tell them immediately. The person who answered said they would look into it but it was never fixed for the entire stay. Also the water dispenser in the lobby didn’t work and they also said they would fix that, but that was not done either during our stay. As I said, the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable enough but the lack of a reception desk on the premises and the inattention to our issues was frustrating. We would not stay here again and I will avoid hotels with no onsite personnel in the future.
