The apartment was very well located, in good general condition, well equipped.
Some pieces of furniture were in a state that clashed with the rather pleasant overall appearance (small tables with very worn varnish, soiled carpet in a corner, broken sofa bottom and uncomfortable bedding, insufficiently waterproof shower screen, etc.) .
Outside, a noisy construction site was in progress, including Saturday (without much impact, we did not stay there during the day...). On the other hand, every night, noisy partygoers lingered in the street, which was more disturbing.
When the construction site is finished, there is no doubt that this apartment will reveal all its charm if we accommodate the night owls.

The apartment was nice with new appliances.
The area is next to the yellow line subway station and is pretty central but not in the touristic area.
No parking and it is not easy to find in Barcelona as I got my car towed with my suitcase inside while I was checking the place. Lots of towing trucks around this area.
Also you need your phone to open the door electronically which made me a bit anxious. Make sure you have enough batterie and don't loose your phone!
The check-in is electronic as well, don't hesitate to email the company to get more information.

Very good stay, this is the 4th time we have gone there.
The apartment is still great with double terrace. On the other hand, broken headboard, toilet bowl, stained sofa.
