Room was freshly renovated, all in good shape, in particular the bathroom. Bed a bit small but comfy.
Essentially it's a privately owned flat we a few room, the owner herself seems to run the hotel.
Especially nice was the large and well equipped kitchen and living/meeting room the guests could also use.
All after all a nice, very well located place to stay. The friendliness could be improved a bit. ;)

DO NOT RESERVE. READ THE RECENT GOOGLE REVIEWS. They do not pick up the phone ever and so you cannot get in. I had someone els ein the building unsolicited tell me to be careful with this place and that guests get kicked out and they take your stuff. Do not risk it. Also it is do weird it is in An apartment building in mediocre at best condition.

Very disappointed. Owner doesn’t have staff, she does everything and clearly she can’t keep up with everything. I was able to check in 1.5 hrs late because the room wasn’t ready / clean. Wifi issues. Asked for toilet paper and never came. Only good thing here is the location but the rest is terrible. Not recommended.

La propiedad tiene muy buena ubicacion, lastima del mal trato y modo con el que te recibe la dueña, llegue a las 3:30 pm hacer check in, y de mal modo me dijo que hasta las 7pm podia hacerlo, ya q la habitacion estaba sin hacer. Nunca me tope con q un check in sea 7pm. Dueña con muy muy mala actitud

This is NOT a B&B, as it is called, false name and advertising, and reason I had booked this hotel
My room was not ready when I arrived @ 5pm, after long travel time , and after being asked and notifying hotel of my arrival time
The coffee machine did not work(the only thing offered @ “B&B”…owner was a bit cold

Not at all like the pictures, as others have said, fairly grimey, rats in the building and trash in the lobby. Do not stay here. orst hotel Ive ever seen. Stay somewhere else instead they dont care about their customers

Nadie a la hora convenida para hacer el check-in, tuve que esperar 3 horas con las maletas en el hotel villa cino hasta que la dueña llegue. B&B significa Bed & Breakfast... Están las fotos de desayuno en el sitio pero nada más solo café a voluntad... Limpieza OK a la llegada... Pero es la única de la estadía... El apartamento es lindo y bien ubicado pero la habitación sencilla no es para claustrofobos... En conclusión, no fue una estadía agradable y tampoco en relación con el precio pago, muy decepcionante...

THIS PLACE IS FILTHY! Trash in the lobby, the elevator smelled of urine, they dont clean the rooms. Really rude staff, the doorbell doesnt work, they dont answer the phone, theres only staff in the place for a few hours a day. DO NOT STAY HERE.
