The apartment is clean and spacious, good enough for 4ppl. Location is nice for the price. Kitchen is nice and it even has a Nespresso machine.
The shower hose leaks on the second day we stayed but it was fixed on the same day after we reported to the reception.
The only thing to say is the washing machine is too noisy.

Our stay in the 3 bedroom apartment was excellent. Very spacious and well furnished enough to sleep up to 7 comfortably.
Furnishings and amenities were top notch and well thought of. The 2 toilets came with shower gel and shampoo and sufficient linen, although the water pressure in one of toilets could be better.
Only thing is apartment lift is abit slow and small takes only 4 persons max or 2 with luggages. :)
Location of apartment is very central right next to metro station. There is a supermarket next door, many restaurants, takeouts and cafes nearby. Loved the fish and chips & indian restaurant next door. Arena mall is a 10min walk away with restaurants and shops.
Will definitely come back when in Barcelona!

Great apartment in an excellent location. Modern decor, well appointed and clean. Lovely old building, reception staff were helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately the apartment next to ours was being renovated so hammering and banging all day which we weren't informed about. The after hours check in machine was very temperamental, re-booting and refusing our documents, spoke to other guests who encountered the same issue. Black out blinds in the bedroom would also be a good idea as the light streams through. But overall you could do a lot worse and if we ever return to Barcelona I would certainly consider staying here again. Location a good hub for major attractions, Rocafort metro station is on the doorstep as is the nearest supermarket.

Nice stay for 2 days over New Years and celebrating at Plaça de Espanya in walking distance. Parking was an easy 3 min walk to Gran Via and dining is good in the area as well.

El hotel bien ubicado en una cuadra donde se puede tomar el metro. La canasta de desayuno de bienvenida muy buena. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. La persona de recepción muy amable. La vista de nuestra habitación muy linda! Es muy conveniente tener lavadora y secadora de ropa en la unidad. Lo que recomiendo es proveer más artículos de higiene como papel de baño, jabón para lavar platos.
