Wello Apartments

Excellent location and great apar**ent. Unfortunately.... Very dirty pool with lots of dead bugs floating on top, reported to the agents, they said they would drop by but never did - I contacted them several times and no response. Shame, it would be a 5* review but the agents of this apar**ent let it down, and based on that I would not recommend it, because if you have any problems they will ignore you .

We can’t relate this beautiful accommodation enough- great loft apar**ent with fab facilities, excellent Wi-Fi, kitchen area with washing machine, roof terrace in a wonderful location close to all amenities and great transport links. Very generous and kind host who is such a beautiful person, kind, empathetic and super helpful! We would definitely stay here again, i fact we can’t wait to return. Thank you ! Jules and Pip x

Great experience, Everything was excellent from the beginning till the end with check-in and check out. Receptionist was always helpful, cheerful and friendly. I highly recommend this place which is very close to the centre and save lot of time to get around. Lots of shops are around with all the needs from supermarket to great restaurants. Luggage was kept for us for free helping us to enjoy till the last minute. We will come back again...no doubt. Thanks again.

Great location near restaurants, shops, grocery stores, tourist attractions, etc. Within walking distance of public transportation and is a safe neighborhood. The apar**ent was clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable, and it was quiet at night. It was nice having a washing machine to wash our clothes for our second week in Spain allowing us to pack light. The kitchen is well appointed with all we needed to prepare food instead of having to find a place to eat for every meal. The only downside is the shower. It is difficult to enter and exit and could be a problem for anyone with limited mobility. It would also be difficult to shower young children. I highly recommend Wello Apar**ents in Barcelona and will stay again if I have the opportunity to go back for another visit!

Excellent location with wonderful staff. The apar**ent we stayed in is the prefect size for 3 of us and had everything we needed. Lots of cafes and tapas bars nearby. The only down side is the very uncomfortable mattresses. Every morning we woke up with stiff bodies and aches and pains all over.

I booked this apar**ent with no reference whatsoever. It was a leap of faith. We got there early. The receptionist was sooo nice! She gave us some treats and was super helpful. The location was perfect, in my opinion. You have several places where you can eat very close by. I would definetly go back.

We stayed at Wello apar**ents from March 9th to 12th with our teenage grandson. The apar**ent was beautiful, two bedrooms one with a very large double, the other with a single and a cabin bed for a younger child. everything you could want was supplied, even a bottle of Cava on our arrival. Apar**ents are in a good location, about 20 minutes walk from las Rambla and close to local bars and shops such as Aldi. But still a really quiet location. The owner and reception staff are first class. Nothing is too much trouble. Great place to stay. There is also a lift for anyone who may have trouble with stairs. Our apar**ent also had a lovely balcony overlooking a large garden area which belonged to some other apar**ents.

Our apar**ent was robbed on New Year’s Eve. The robbers came in without forcing the door so had access via a magnetic key card. Luckily we were leaving the day after as the place is clearly unsafe. Strongly advise not to stay here. It’s unsafe. No compensation was offered for the stress and monetary loss. Appalling.
