Room smelled like cats even after airing out but was allowed room change. Lack of basic amenities within room and concierge closes after 8PM.

First off the staff were very kind and helpful, that is the most important thing.
And the apar**ent was just amazing, it was clean and modern.
Location was perfect near the beach and also close to the city centre (10 minutes by uber).
Overall we enjoyed our 4 day stay! Thank you Lugaris for the memorable experience 😊🙏

Unfortunately, the photos and discription on ******* didnt match the realities. Parking coasts a lot, during a week there, no one even replaced or changed the towels and beds covers.

My luggage has been stolen while in the lobby in the middle of the day. What I especially find ridiculous is that when I was standing without any cash, passport, credit cards and other documents and asked the reception to land some money for the taxi - the feedback was “we can’t support with that”. I even offered to pay online and the feedback was the same even after they have consultant the “management”. Really?!
