My wife and I stayed here for 3 night. This hotel is far better than the 1 star rating may make you think. There is free tea and coffee always available. Use of a shared fridge too. Rooms have lovely high ceilings and are very clean. Great shower. Better than usual hairdryer. Tv and safe in room. Big comfy bed. We had a balcony room which was lovely to watch the world go by. There is a supermarket next door and numerous bars and cafes on the door step. Brilliant safe location. Great value for Barcelona

Hotel agradable y muy céntrico. Todo Limpio, camas cómodas, cuarto de baño grande. Ideal para conocer Barcelona. Paradas de autobuses y de metro muy cercanos. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a asesorar en cualquier tema que necesitarás.

Firstly, what a great location couldn’t be easier to find straight off the Aerobus A2 (thanks Jose for the tip). Getting in after hours was exactly as per instructions, and upon entry the room was clean, fresh and had everything needed for a great 3 night stay. The character of the building was 1st class, and the facilities were all there, even a tea and coffee station (although maybe take your own teabags as breakfast tea “isn’t a thing” in Barca). Linen, towels and cleaning all great, and the balcony we had overlooking the busy street was a great place to sit and watch the world go by (with an Estrella Damm, naturally). Top marks for Jose, location and character also sound proofing from the busy traffic was remarkable - would definitely recommend…

Great location to metro and can walk to most barcelona highlights. Felt safe day and night. Big room. Barcelona is noisy all the time though, so hard to sleep through whole night peacefully.

The staff were awesome. Perfect location with about 1 min walk to Plaza Universitat and 7 min walk to Plaza Catalunia. Value for money big time!

We had an excellent stay at the hotel - the room was really nice. Loved the balcony! It was clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s close to public transport and an easy stroll down to La Rambla, there are 24hr supermarkets nearby. The only warning is that if you have a room by the road - the balcony is beautiful, but even with the doors closed you can hear the traffic all hours. It didn’t bother us, but if you’re a light sleeper it could be annoying.

There was a space upper side of the room close to corridor whick is covered with plasterboard, that’s why you can easily hear every noise easily, really not good. We requested an iron, they provided a broken one, and they said they have only one iron.
Cleaning was good. Location of the hotel is good, close to metro station and close to bus station which has buses goes to airport during midnight.
Personnel were kind.

A great little spot, with friendly, helpful staff, and clean and well-appointed. Close to the Metro, but easy walking distance to many attractions. We had a room with a terrace, which was quiet and gave us a lovely outdoor space to decompress when the intensity of city life took over! Highly recommend, and would definitely try and book again if we come back.
