Very average. Living on the first floor, the air conditioner is loud and the bedroom is small.

We had a good time, they are very friendly, the room was comfortable, there was plenty of space. I would stay here again if I were to go to that area again. At the reception there are very helpful people for anything. A beautiful structure. Recommended.

Pathetic management, they canceled my reservation without notice. With the reservation made, they did not send me any email and then there was a problem with the card, for which they called me only twice (without being able to pick up the phone because I was working with patients) and they did not leave any message voice. Unfortunately I saw the email of the canceled reservation the next day without anyone notifying me. They gave me no solution and on top of that they said that they had done their job well. ?They didn't leave any message and I was left without a reservation (I had to take another more expensive apar**ent 12 hours before arriving in Bcn)

Facility is a bit dated. Kind of expensive for what you get.

Room size is ok for 2; but too small for 3.
Noise from street woke me up at night.
Water not quite hot + no water pressure.
Too pricey (but I guess all BCN hotels are too expensive.)
But quite good location. Closed to metro. Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

We usually book at this Aparthotel because of its proximity to a clinic. Service has improved a lot, very polite employees, very clean rooms and acceptable wifi. If there is a but, it is that in the rooms on the ground floor there is little telephone coverage 😑 Train/metro stop almost at the door, supermarket in front, pharmacy, cafes and bus a few meters away. Without a doubt a good place both for short stays and to spend more time.

Right next to a Metro Station, great bakery and small supermarket very close by.
It was ideal for our short family with children stay.
