Extremely well located.Made my stay perfect due to location near the Marina. The hotel itself very clean.The receptionist Edina was very friendly, helpful and made my stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel. 👌😊

Lovely lovely staff, great location, good value for Barcelona. We had a really nice stay in the family room and being so close to the Born neighbourhood, the port dining area and a metro line was perfect would definitely stay here again!

Som nit Port Vell was right in the centre of the Port Vell. Lots of Cafes, lovely food, wine etc.. The room was adequate and was very clean. The twin beds were comfortable with 2 pillows and blankets in the cupboard..There was a space with clothes hangars to hang your clothes, along with a TV, safe and a fridge. We had a good sleep. The bathroom was very clean. Large shower and toilet and basin. Som nit supply toilet roll, soap and shower gel... so you need to bring toothbrush, toothpaste and shampoo and conditioner with you.. Towels are supplied. The receptionist Anna was wonderful, I cannot praise her enough. She was very helpful and it was a pleasure to talk to her.. There is a check in online which you must complete and the day before you arrive, you are sent a number, which you use and then press the hash #sign after the number to enter the building and again tk enter your room. Also in your room is a card for the electric, which you can use to let yourself in and out of the building. Reception is only available 10 in the morning, until 6pm. So if you arrive late. You have to use the number ending in hash# to let yourselves in. Then when reception opens the next day, you take your passport and register and pay the tax, itis not much. Free coffee by reception from 10 to 6 only,so we bought milk and kept it in the fridge for our coffee. Also there is a automated drinks dispenser, which dispenses water for 1 euro coin and other soft drinks for 2 euros We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Som nit is on the 1st floor, so you need to be able to walk up one flight of stairs. When you use the bathroom, put on the extractor fan, to keep the bathroom steam free. All in a good stay. Thanks once again to Anna who was so lovely.

This place is a glorified hostel. The room was small, scruffy, and dark. The fittings were falling apart. Uncomfortable bed, no natural light. You can hear door slamming and voices in the corridor. The receptionist / bouncer reeked of cigarettes. To top it all, it cost over €200 / night. We stayed one night and were thankful for that.

Great hotel location The hotel was in a great location, close to the Gothic Quarter and Barceloneta which was our main reason for choosing it. The check in process was really simple with regular communication from the hotel on what to do for gaining entry to the building. The staff were really welcoming and friendly, offering good advice for the area and staying safe in the city. Our room was really clean and well maintained each day we were there. A few things that could have been better was, having more daylight in our room. Ours faced into the small internal lift space so there was no view and very little daylight. The room, bathroom in particular felt a little tired and needed a little updating. There were a couple of occasions where it was a little noisy from other guests but the staff did address this without us having to. There wasn’t a secure, locked space for us to leave our luggage when we checked out so it had to be left within the main reception area next to the staff member. Overall though it was a great stay and the location was the definite winner for it.

Don't Stay Here Desk clerk left early no way to contact. Less than half toilet paper with four people in room. Had to buy tissue and ice. Air conditioner goes on and off so the room was hot and very humid outside so no relief inside or outside. Will not recommend.
