Mayerling Schumann Barcelona

Siamo stati in questa struttura per 3 notti,2 adulti e 2 bambine di 5 e 2 anni. La reception si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da placa catalunya, Staff gentilissimo,dopo aver effettuato il check in,ci hanno accompagnato all appartamento(3 minuti a piedi dalla reception) e fornito le 2 chiavi elettroniche e dato utili suggerimenti. La posizione è ottima. Fermata della metro urquinaona di fronte al portone. L appartamento era quello superior composta da: Sala-cucina con divano letto,camera e due bagni,uno dei due direttamente nella camera da letto. Tutto molto funzionale e adatto alle nostre esigenze. Il giorno della partenza,abbiamo sfruttato il deposito bagagli gratuito,molto utile. Avendo il volo nel pomeriggio ci ha permesso di sfruttare la mattina per visitare ancora la città. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca, l 'ascensore era posizionato dopo una rampa di scale e non al pian terreno. Comunque gli appartamenti sono al primo piano,non è stato così problematico il fatto di non aver l'ascensore comodo. Se dovessimo tornare a Barcellona sicuramente torneremo.

CUIDADO!!!!Son unos estafadores, hice una reserva a través de booking y hasta la noche anterior no me podian cobrar nada. Pues el.mismo.dia de la reserva, 6 meses antes de la fecha de entrada, me han cargado el precio de una noche y dicen que no me han cobrado nada a pesar de haberles enviado el extracto bancario. Se ha tenido que hacer cargo de la devolución booking sino me quedo sin mi dinero!!! Me cargaron la preatorizacion de la tarjeta, me hicieron la correspondiente devolución y luego un cargo en firme y lo niegan en rotundo. Eso es un robo yo si puedo demostrar esto con mi extracto bancario sin embargo ellos solos Dan el boleto de la devolución de la preatorizacion nada más. LADRONES, que se entere todo el mundo

We had a great experience in this apartment. Reception located 100 meters from the building, after check in they accompanied us and gave us the entrance code of the door and 2 electronic keys for the apartment. The building also has a concierge, a very nice gentleman who only speaks Spanish :) Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff, they gave us excellent advice for visiting Barcelona, ​​when we needed to print electronic tickets, we just had to go to the 24-hour reception . The accommodation is located in an EXCELLENT position served by transport (metro station, bus stop and taxi rank LITERALLY in front of the door of the building. Our booking was for the studio, which I found pleasantly larger than I expected , with a comfortable terrace overlooking the street and everything is very clean. The heating works perfectly, it takes just a few minutes to heat the apartment entirely. We stayed 5 days and on the third day we changed towels and rubbish. The kitchen is equipped with essential minimum but it is efficient, even with a dishwasher. Check out even at 12, with free luggage storage service at the reception for the whole day. If we really want to find nitpicking, we can say that perhaps the kitchen is a little dated, some signs of wear on the furnishings but they are certainly little things that did not interfere with the pleasure of our stay, considering the value for money which in our opinion was EXCELLENT. We will certainly return if we revisit Barcelona.
