The neighbour is quite noisy and you have to pick up the key at the other area that they didn’t give us an advance notice.

L'appartement est très bien agencé , très propre. 2 salles de bains très fonctionnelles, serviettes propres et agréables. La literie est un peu en dessous du reste de l'appartement, le lit double un peu trop mou et manque de confort. C'est dommage c'est ce qui enlève à cet appartement une étoile. Sinon il est assez bien équipé, la cuisine aussi. On regrette qu'il n'y ait qu'une tablette LV pour un séjour de 4j. L'appartement est à 8 min à pied des stations de métro L3 et L5. Une boulangerie est à 2 min à pied. La rue plutôt calme.

El check in es en otro edificio ubicado aproximadamente a 15 minutos del departamento. Esto no lo aclaran y cuando llegamos allí no les importó que estemos deambulando con equipaje ni nos dieron ninguna solución para el traslado de un lugar a otro. Una jovencita muy maleducada nos atendió y nos mando a tomar un taxi, con total falta de consideración y empatía a la situación planteada. El departamento es lindo y espacioso aunque le falta algo de mantenimiento. No tenés a quien recurrir ante alguna duda o inconveniente. Te brindan un chat que no responden o demoran horas en hacerlo. Las bocas de metro se encuentran algo alejadas. No volvería y tampoco lo recomiendo!

Appartement situé dans un quartier agreable et beaucoup de restaurant a proximité. Literie tres confortable, manque d equipement niveau cuisine, pas de machine a café. Moissisure niveau joint de la douche un peu dommage

El departamento es lindo, bien ubicado. Me pidieron una seña de 350 euros que se suponía que me devolverían una vez que me fuera ( deje el apartamento exactamente igual de como lo encontré) y aún no me la devolvieron. Envíe mails y tampoco responden. Esto es aparte de la tax de 5 euros por día por adulto. Tener cuidado!

Great location lively with plenty of people and restaurants. Great little shops and grocery stores. Apartment is good for 4 plenty of space
And great kitchen with good supplies. Definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment in Gracia. Close to cafes, restaurants, bars, grocery shops.... Walking distance to many places of Barcelona. Balcony with a beautiful view was a big plus. Great and helpful staff. We highly recommend Mila Apartments.

There was a festival for the 3 nights we stayed at the property, with a DJ playing music outside the bedrooms - where the children slept. Crowds of people were partying until 4am. No communication from the property regarding what I imagine would be an inconvenience for most - especially for children who aren’t accustomed to falling asleep with music blaring outside their window. Place itself was good - clean.

The room was dirty. We found a sock under my bed . Water flowed from the skirting board so the bedroom was slippery because of that. During the night it has too much noise. The location is good. I don’t recommend it.
