Very good, the hotel staff are very handsome and provide good service! The environment is also very comfortable and clean. The only drawback is transportation. Uber drivers cannot go to the hotel entrance.

When I went to drop off my luggage early in the morning, the room was empty, so I was able to check in. The employees were really kind and it was a very nice stay. The only disappointing thing was that the tea I drank on the rooftop was in a tea bag. I don't care if the price is high, but I want them to provide something that they are particular about. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and they were delicious!

this should not be a Kimpton Property. We expect the Kimpton Brand to be elite of IHG properties and this hotel is certainly not elite in any way. It was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. I am a Diamond Ambassador Member and was told this room was the upgrade. There was no room for our luggage and not enough room to hang our clothes. The desk doubles as the snack bar. the bathroom is poorly lit with a step up block in the floor that i tripped over. Although the staff was friendly, I cannot give this hotel even 1 star

The hotel location is excellent very near to Ramblas, Catalunia square. The service was excellent. The rooms are very confort and very clean. The breakfast was very rich and tasty. The service in the terazza was excellent and very nice views.

Primero que nada al llegar desde el aeropuerto en el taxi nos dice el taxista que tuviéramos cuidado de donde nos habíamos hospedado nos dijo que no lleváramos objetos valiosos con nosotros, que estuviéramos atentos al caminar por las ramblas, etc. gracias a Dios no tuvimos ningún problema pero si el hotel está a 2 cuadras de las ramblas es un hotel bien ubicado para hacer todo a pie pero si demasiada gente a toda hora y por la noches se oían los gritos de los que van de fiesta casi amanenciendo en la callecita en que está ubicado. Tuvimos que tomar 2 habitaciones en nuestra familia de 4 es un hotel caro con lo necesario en la habitación que es pequeña, considerando el precio debería incluir el desayuno que nos costaba como 50€ más por noche ya que alrededor hay mucho comercio no tanto restaurantes también hay un supermercado cerca muy conveniente.
