Very good, the hotel staff are very handsome and provide good service! The environment is also very comfortable and clean. The only drawback is transportation. Uber drivers cannot go to the hotel entrance.

When I went to drop off my luggage early in the morning, the room was empty, so I was able to check in. The employees were really kind and it was a very nice stay. The only disappointing thing was that the tea I drank on the rooftop was in a tea bag. I don't care if the price is high, but I want them to provide something that they are particular about. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and they were delicious!

Small room, but in Gothic area and close to Las Ramblas. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The oddest thing was the layout of the room. The toilet and shower were in separate areas. The sink was closest to the shower…not the toilet. The view from the rooftop restaurant amazing. The food was pretty decent. Kudos to bartender JoWow(?) for taking care of us with a great French 75 and recommending a great restaurant.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four day stay. We chose the hotel as it had an accessible room as my husband is wheelchair dependent . Unfortunately the accessible room was not suitable for my husband’s needs. There was not enough clearance for the wheelchair near the toilet and so we had to try another room. Armande was so helpful and tried to find us a solution. We did move rooms but this meant they my husband couldn’t use the shower as there was a big step up. The hotel were willing to find us alternative accommodation but we made the decision to stay as we were only in Barcelona for a few days and so we made do with washing over the sink!! Not ideal or the five star accommodation we were expecting. Hopefully lessons were learned by the hotel and they can perhaps look again at how they can improve their accessibility going forward. Despite this the service was exceptional and we would like to thank the staff for all their help during our stay. We enjoyed the social hour, the delicious breakfast and the great recommendation for a local restaurant. Thanks again to all

Liked the location of this hotel and overall it is nice. I found it clean and comfortable and enjoyed the happy hour on one of the three nights we stayed. However, I had a problem with the reservation. I had booked a king room for two people. The night before arrival I had noticed that the reservation had been changed to a queen room that stated it was intended for a single person. I contacted them and they said there was some mix up which they would address the next day. When I checked in they claimed they had given me an upgrade but when I got to room found it was an extremely tiny room suitable for one person. I contacted the front desk who then proceeded to claim that they did not know what a king bed was. I was not receptive to this statement so they moved me to a room in the category I had reserved. The new room was small but nice and adequate for two. For full disclosure, I was using IHG points for this room so perhaps they don't like this.
