The worst communication i ever had from a host. They have charge us 300€ for safety and 20 days after , even if we are unable to stay at the hotel (paid 570€) no even talk about any refund becuase we lost our flight (Ryanair....) the dont answer at our messages..

To date, even after repeated inquiries to Habitat, the deposit of 300 euros has not been refunded, even though it was promised. There is no response to emails. I would not recommend anyone to book there. Rip off. It will have to be decided legally.

Very good located near metro stop, good places to eat or dine nearby, the apartment itself very well. Just like the photos. I am not giving it 5 stars because the communication with them has been a bit regular, they did not confirm the reservation by mail or anywhere before I arrived, I had to call to confirm and after being here they have sent me emails in English !! .. I don't know why they ask for the data if they later communicate in another language that is not mine.

We are very disappointed with our stay at this establishment. In fact, the insulation is so bad that we live with the neighbor. The nights are very restless because the other tourists are disrespectful (slamming doors, knocking and ringing bells at all hours, screaming and so on). Don't be surprised by the vibrations linked to the metro, even on the 3rd floor... I would add that work is carried out in high season with drills and other wonderful noises from 8:30 in the morning!!! It is therefore not a quiet accommodation as specified. You won't be able to rest during your vacation. In addition, if you are lucky enough to be on the 6th floor, plan physical training beforehand to anticipate elevator breakdowns. Don't plan on taking a good shower to forget all that because the water temperature varies regularly from hot to cold... Concerning the terrace, it is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. because obviously this is not specified. Moreover, there is no bar on this one, which the photo leaves us to interpret. Concerning the 24-hour reception, it is non-existent, based on the principle that nothing is done if you have a problem during your stay apart from a small message to take it into account 2-3 days later... No compensation afterwards because obviously they never answer again when you slam the departure door.
