The check in process was not the best experience and Gerard insisted we had to pay the hotel tax before the stay. This was different from the other hotels on this trip, which was usually collected upon checked out.
The breakfast had limited food options with two staff on duty. As there are limited seats at the restaurant , they arranged for tables outside the restaurant meaning one had to wait with patience for the duty staff to take warm food orders. If only the hotel can arrange group tour customers to take a particular seating (since there are two seatings), the place will not turn so noisy.
Bed was comfortable though. Room layout is not great for friends especially the shower spot, makes one feel very exposed.

The facility was not really my style. Bathroom has no door and it was cold. The toilet door was very heavy. There was only one chair and very small table in the room. The mirror was too far away and it was difficult to put make up on. Breakfast was good, especially ham. Hotel staff service was good.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the rooms are spacious and modern design. Kiki at the front desk was great, but others were very indifferent and did not provide much assistance. The rooftop bar is very nice, but the pool is mostly used as a drinking source for birds flying on and off.

酒店的地理位置優越，距離米拉、巴特羅之家步行衹需十幾分鍾，且周圍街區安全，環境安靜。在此停留的整個期間，酒店的工作人員展現了超高的服務水平，親切並積極地提供一切幫助，客房服務很及時周到，酒店自帶的餐廳也很美味，總的來説是整個歐洲之行入住體驗最好的酒店！

旅遊城市的標準還是不一樣啊，深得我心，環境好，早餐好，可供選擇的品類很多，服務也好，周邊出行也很方便，地鐵公交就在附近，高迪的三件套步行就可以到達，衞生間乾濕分離的很好 房間也挺大

Nice boutique hotel at Exiample. Easy access to major luxury brand shops in walking distance and lot of good restaurants nearby. The hotel offers a free upgrade to my stay which is just fabulous!
