Fisa Rentals les Corts Apartments

Stayed here for 2 nights in November with my family ( 2 adults & a 6 years old child ). Property is well maintained, clean, spacious. Only downside we found was the strong smell from the toilette so we kept running the exhaust fan during 24 h. We faced a bad encouter during the first night , next door to us some young people was partying though the night. At 22:44 pm i reported this issue & video of the encounter , to the 24 h emergency phone provided by Fisa but no reply from them nor a follow up call on the following day. On the day of the check out i reported this issue to the Gemma, Front Desk staff at Fisa and her argument was very defensive and protective. At no point she did apologise nor offered a compensation for our terrible night. I have reported this issue to higher tourist authorities in Barcelona.

Finding accommodation in Barcelona is always expensive. A short-term rental apartment with stove, fridge and washing machine provides the best value for money — for a week as well as for a weekend. We have stayed in two different apartments in this house and can wholeheartedly recommend them. Their equipment leaves nothing to be desired. And cleaning between different guests is impeccable. There is a convenient bus stop 200 meters away. The walking distance to the metro stations Sants Estació and Entença is 500 meters. And you reach the central parts of the city in 30-40 minutes by foot. The house consists solely of apartments for short-term rental (almost identically furnished). The company appears as very efficient and professional. You risk no surprises. Company representatives communicate friendly via e-mail (Monday to Friday). Very convenient! Our only disappointment was when the wifi signal in one of the apartments only barely reached the bedroom.
