We had our flight very early in the morning. We arrived around 9am but unfortunately we couldn't check in but we could store our luggage. I asked for the room to be seen as a priority. The young lady was very unfriendly and didn't accommodate "in that sense it's not your problem that our flight was so early" I asked her to call us when the room was ready. She did not. When I asked her why she didnt call us. she said she had just received the information. I have been working in this profession for 8 years and that was a weak excuse and to contradict the guests and get cheeky wow! Otherwise the rest of the staff were very friendly.
