Rooms are clean. Superior rooms have a French balcony with a great view. Staff is helpful. If you bring your own breakfast you can use the facilities on the 1st floor. Minor point is that the reception is open from 10 am to 6 pm. During the night there was a fire alarm that lasted for a long time. There seemed to be a fire on the 4th floor. After a long time (a person from another hotel was asked to come to our place) the device was reset. No fire at all!!!

This was a wonderful stay, close to everything. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern. Would definitely stay again.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Tuurlijk zitten er niet alle puntjes meer op de i want de badkamer heeft echt wel een beetje kluswerk nodig maar elke dag een schone kamer, opgemaakt bed en schone nieuwe handdoeken maken dat je de kleine 'foutjes' vergeet. De locatie is echt top !! Heerlijke ontbijttentjes, restaurantjes, leuke winkeltjes en supermarkt op loopafstand. Op 5 minuten afstand van Plaza Catalunya...dus super centraal !! Vanaf het vliegveld stopt de bus bijna voor de deur... en dat is natuurlijk heel relaxt. Wil je een fiets huren dan zit Cruising Barcelona erg dichtbij... Voor ons met onze dochters van 16 en 18 (.... en voor de 5e keer in Barca) een top plekkie dus twijfel niet. Tip: Boek een kamer met balkon. Wij hadden kamer 301 en 302... tuurlijk heb je aan de voorkant een beetje last van alle geluiden maar ik vond dat juist fijn !!.. Bakje koffie halen en op het balkon zitten... heerlijk kijken naar het bruisende stadsleven !!!

Their service was amazing. They allowed us to store our luggage with them before and after check in/out. The front desk staff were all amazing. They were so accomodating and even emailed me immediately to let me know that they had found my jacket that I left behind with our passports in them. The property is close to everything. We walked mostly everywhere,and if we chose to use public tranportation, it was all just a few steps out the front door of the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice room - quiet with effective air conditioning and a fan. What’s great about this hotel is that tea, coffee and water is available anytime and whilst no breakfast is available the facilities are there for you to eat your bought breakfast. The terrace and refreshments area are also very nice. Good very central location.
