Genial el lugar y la gente. Limpio, sencillo. Es un albergue para pasar noches económicas en pleno centro de Barcelona. Económico. Oferta demanda bien Un lugar práctico. Delante hay paradas de metro,al lado de la Casa BAtló, con paradas de bus en frente.

Room was clean and all we needed The man on Reception was brilliant, very friendly and checked us in quickly. Breakfast was very Basic. But coffee and toast was enough. The Location is so good. 5 minute walk from La rambla and placa Cataylunya. (where Airport bus picks up)

La atención de los recepcionistas no es mala, pero podría mejorar sin inversión monetaria. Por ejemplo, llegamos antes del check in y no se les ocurrió preguntar a limpieza si la habitación estaba lista, yo tuve que preguntar (andabamos con un niño). Y así varios detalles, Barcelona es lindo, pero lo que es turismo y hotelería necesita urgente una inversión de capacitación a sus trabajadores, para que no sólo trabajen por el sueldo si no por vocación, sin mentir, las únicas personas amables, con sonrisa en el rostro eran las chicas de limpieza. En la recepción, esto es primordial, la llegada, es uno de los momentos más importantes en la experiencia del huéped, lo digo con pertenencia, trabajé más de 15 años en el rubro.
