Arriving on site we find this large building with 13 floors as the last addition to a very pretty terrace, the beautiful concierge with a very original counter. Accompanied in a family room with 4 beds and private bathroom we noted the order and extreme cleanliness in short all the services they were EXCELLENT, kindness and friendliness in an environment run by young people. What can I say, very happy

We got a room for 4 and private bathroom. The room is basic. The bed is comfortable. The room was a little noisy and small. Reception available. For a family it can be done just for a weekend.

This hostel is the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life. As soon as you enter the hall you understand the poor quality of the structure, as it is dark and furnished with colored paper mache pieces of furniture (like a hippie bus to say the least) placed in very bad taste and in contrast with the modern and sharp exterior . On the right of the lobby are the three elevators (very slow and old). As a very large group we opted to climb 11 floors on foot carrying our suitcases. The stairs are very narrow and colorful with extravagant colors. They have a Fight Club look. The corridors are narrow and yellow, dirty and messy. They look like backrooms. The breakfast is poor and of poor quality. The bread has a chemical taste and all the labels on the food are missing. The "juice" from the machine is literally undrinkable and has a very strong medicinal aftertaste. It has the color of the waters of the Fukushima cooling tanks. The worst part are the rooms: There were six of us in a room of about 18 m2. There's no room to even walk and the lockers are broken. At the entrance and in the bathroom there is a false ceiling made of wood sawdust and perfect for the proliferation of mold and humidity. This happens in the bathroom, above the shower. The completely red bathroom is embarrassingly poorly designed, I would like to know the person who thought of positioning the toilet paper dispenser opposite the toilet and one meter away from it. You have to have a really low IQ to come up with certain ideas. The white shower is "waterproofed" by a very unattractive black silicone *****. The sink is incredibly small and the mixer cap has such an encrustation of limestone that it makes me pray to the Lord not to catch some disease. On the sink shelf there are two mold stains that are a threat to your health. Furthermore, the mirror is chipped in the right corner. The lockers in the room don't close and the lock is broken. The carpet on the floor represents a danger to public health throughout Barcelona. The mattresses are as uncomfortable as any, the sheets full of hair and mold and the blankets stained with something. As expected and attested by a sheet posted on the notice board, the room was cleaned 11 DAYS AGO. The paper was signed again today but the room was not touched. There is no possibility of opening the windows or turning on the air conditioning and a heat hood forms which favors the development of tropical plants and endemic species on the cabinets. The walls of the room are dirty and made of plasterboard and covered with laminate panels. From the false ceiling the two ceiling lights are partially unscrewed and risk slipping out of the guides at any moment. Electrical sockets are very dirty and potentially dangerous as they could start electrical fires. There is no support for the telephone

La camera che ci hanno assegnato era molto piccola per un gruppo di 4 ragazzi e non c'era la possibilità di cambiare aria a causa della mancanza possibilità di aprire una finestra. Gli addetti alla pulizia non sono quasi mai venuti. Colazione ottima. Gli spazi in comune sono molto carini. Attenzione alla cucina perché purtroppo a noi ci hanno rubato il cibo con sopra scritto le nostre etichette. Pensavamo che il servizio dei bagagli fosse compreso nel prezzo invece abbiamo dovuto pagare in più.
