1. Service: Every employee has a good attitude, which is worthy of praise.
2. Location: It's a bit far from the city center, but it's not bad to be able to get to the subway within 10 minutes' walk. There are several bars nearby that are open late and a bit noisy.
3. Facilities: It has dry and wet saunas, jacuzzi and swimming pool. It's perfect for relaxing after a hard day's work, or for family travel. But the room space is really a bit narrow. It is a failure to have no air-conditioning in the room in winter. You can only turn on the heating. If it is turned on for a long time, even the lowest temperature will turn the room into a sauna. Finally I will open the windows to cool down the room. In addition, the floor of the shower was very slippery. I slipped on it, but I couldn't call for help. My right shoulder still hurts! Also, there is no shampoo, only shower gel, which is really confusing.
4. Cleanliness: Although it is cleaned every day, it is super careless. After cleaning, I still saw hair on the ground. The new bath towel also hides hair.
If it weren't for the free sauna, I would definitely not stay here unless the hygiene situation improved.

The room is very quiet, including drainage, shoe noises, and TV sounds.There is no noise from daily life.However, please install a new ventilation fan.Please do not open the windows at night. This is not the hotel's fault but Barcelona's. It has a very strong smell. It's old overall, but it doesn't bother me. I think this is a hotel worth stopping at to relieve jet lag.

This villa was just awesome to chill and relax at for a couple of days. Bali is so convenient now with GOJEK. We had a breakfast plan. While the villa is catered more for locals and the breakfast spread was just ok, the price we paid for this villa was so worth it. We lounged by the pool, napped, went for spas (which were super affordable!) and GOJEK food in for dinner. It was also pretty near the airport, and anywhere else, you could just access via booking a car.
