Clean and comfort, very very big! It even has a living room which is separate from the bedroom. There is a fresh rose in the room. Only one bothering thing is that our room is near the street, so it’s a bit noisy at night cause there is a restaurant nearby.

Staff are really helpful, we were staying at floor with stairs to access, staff helped us to carry up and down heavy luggages and pushchair, they all are very polite and nice. Hotel itself looks like a museum, if you are staying in this hotel, they will give to a free pass to visit this hotel group museum, just sadly we don’t have time to visit.

Amazing stay, best we've been at so far (travelling 5 countries and for 4 weeks). They also gave a US a free upgrade! We just happened to be sick, so didn't get tō see much in Barcelona, however our stay was so nice with friendly staff and room service, as well as a beautiful and comfortable hotel room. Thanks!

The room is tiny; the bedroom can't fit my suitcase, and two suitcases fill the living room. There aren't even enough power outlets in the living room, so I had to cram them all in by the bedside to charge my devices. The bathroom is small, stuffy, and poorly soundproofed. The blackout curtains let in light and are difficult to close completely. I can't sleep well at all.

I booked a twin room, but they gave me a double bed. After waiting two days, I was given a suite, but the price was the same, so the room type is very random. I got a great room on the 5th floor with a bathtub and a big bed. I felt very comfortable there and all the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful! For example Laura, she always greeted me warmly and answered and fulfilled all my questions and requests very well, just like Xavi at the reception and the breakfast buffet employee!

It's quite far from the city center and attractions, located in a residential area. There's a university nearby, so getting around isn't very convenient, making it unsuitable for short trips. I saw on Ctrip that it was close to Casa Milà, but it's actually a 27-minute walk or a taxi ride for around €13. However, there's a cafe nearby, and I had breakfast there early in the morning. Because it's in a residential area, the cafe is relatively inexpensive. A small boutique hotel under Hilton, the name is almost the same as the hotel opposite. I also went to the wrong hotel when checking in, so you can imagine how similar the names are.
